Having a background in Community Association Management, the founders of Select Property Group launched the Select Communities in order to create an avenue to help build value in local neighborhoods for the betterment of all owners.

In order to implement this program, Select Property Group works directly with community leaders to form a unique partnership which entails creating an "in-house" Real Estate Brokerage for the sole purpose of serving the neighborhood. 

Additionally, the full service Brokerage that is created provides a revenue stream to the community which can be used to lower association dues, make capital improvements, fund reserves, or anything else that the community desires.

While Select Property Group is able to provide a team of excellent real estate agents to serve the community, a unique feature of the Select Communities is the promotion of owner real estate agents.  Because there is no one better to sell homes in a community than those who live there, Select Property Group uses this advantage to partner with the existing Realtor base wherever possible.
